2023 Fall Season

To Register

Registration Process:

  1. Access the registration portal by visiting our website: https://www.ayso254.org. If you are reading this, you are here :)

  2. In the upper right corner of our website, there are two buttons: LOGIN and REGISTER NOW. Click REGISTER NOW.

  3. If you are a returning Parent or Player, you can input your user name and password for our system to get started. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.

  4. If you are registering a new player, ENTER PARTICIPANT information for EACH player you want to register. OR, if you are a returning player, click on the button "2 Programs Available" next to the player's name.

  5. SELECT the "View Divisions" button next to either “2023 Fall Core" or "2023 Fall EPIC (Disabled Athlete Program). EPIC is reserved for players with special needs and disabilities.

  6. You will then be able to "Select" the Division your child falls into depending on their age. We cannot change this option. It is based on their birth year. Players cannot play up or down. If you are registering multiple children, do this for each child you are registering by clicking "Next Player."

  7. When you are done selecting programs for each child, click "Continue" at the bottom.

  8. Fill out the program questions as requested. Be sure to View/Accept each of the required sheets. Click "Continue" at the bottom.

  9. On the next page, please select how you can help volunteer. AYSO is a pure volunteer organization. Every family will need to volunteer in some capacity. Help us out by selecting to be either a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager, Referee, Board Member, Youth Volunteer, Youth Referee, or Youth EPIC Buddy.

  10. When you agree to volunteer, you will need to fill out some Additional Information about you so that we can do a Background check and clear you for service!

  11. Lastly, you will see your Order Summary. Click Continue and proceed to Check Out.

  12. Fill out the relevant payment information and click "Submit Order."

Registration Fees

We wanted to make this very economical for our families, so we are keeping our prices the same as last season.
Early Bird pricing (4/15/23-5/15/23) is $190/player.
Regular pricing (5/16/23-6/30/23) is $210/player.
Late Bird pricing (7/1/23-7/31/23) is $230/player.

The registration fee includes: complete uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), supplemental accident insurance, weekly training and games, and team and individual pictures.

Players are responsible for providing their own soccer cleats and shin guards for practices and games. You may also wish to obtain a soccer ball (size depends on age) and a reusable water bottle. If you are interested in our sustainability efforts, our Region hosts a Used Equipment swap in August as we prepare for the Fall season.

Refunds

If requested, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • If requested by August 6, 2023: Full refund (less a non-refundable $20 player registration fee charged by AYSO National and any Service Charges or Convenience Fees charged by AYSO's credit card processor(s)). At this point in the season, we have not yet conducted player drafts so the disruption to operations in minimal. However, drafts will take place between August 7-11; thus, any changes in registration after August 6 is incredibly disruptive.
  • If requested between August 7, 2023 and September 10, 2023 (the day after Week 1 games) - Fifty percent (50%) refund (less a non-refundable $20 player registration fee charged by AYSO National and any Service Charges or Convenience Fees charged by AYSO's credit card processor(s))
  • If requested after September 10, 2023 - No refund.
Refund requests for the Fall season must be submitted using the Refund Form posted on our website (available under the Registration tab) and be postmarked or emailed to both the Registrar ([email protected]) and the Treasurer ([email protected]) no later than the cutoff dates shown above. Refunds will only be accepted when this form is completed and mailed (see address below) or sent via email as an attachment to both email addresses above. Refund requests sent via email message (without a Refund Form attached) or fax message will not be accepted. 

Refunds will be mailed within 30 days of receipt of the properly completed form for players that meet this deadline and will be made in the amount paid, taking into consideration any discounts applied to initial fees, less the non-refundable player fee. Refund requests received on/after September 11, 2023 will not be accepted/approved for a refund. All refund requests are subject to review by the Regional Commissioner, Registrar and Treasurer before being approved.
