Registration Process:
- Access the registration portal by visiting our website, https://www.ayso254.org. If you are reading this, you are here :)
- In the upper right corner of our website, we have two buttons, LOGIN and REGISTER NOW. Click REGISTER NOW.
- If you are a returning Parent or Player, you can input your user name and password for our system to get started. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.
- If you are registering a new player, ENTER PARTICIPANT information for EACH player you want to register. OR, if you are a returning player, click on the button "1 Program Available" next to the player's name.
- SELECT “2023 Spring Development Program." VIP is reserved for players with special needs.
- Fill out the program questions as requested. Be sure to View/Accept each of the required sheets.
- Be sure to indicate preferred Practice Day and Time. Click Continue at the bottom.
- You will see Your Order Summary. Click Continue and proceed to Check Out. CLICK Submit Order.
Registration Fees
We wanted to make this very economical for our families, so we are only asking for $165. This will cover a shirt, and professional training and coaching.
In addition to the registration fees is a $20.00 non-refundable, non-transferable per-player AYSO National fee (once per year). So if the player played in AYSO during the Fall, you will not have to pay that again.
Refunds
Refund requests for the 2023 Spring season should be emailed to the Burbank AYSO Treasurer. Please include the player's full name and date of birth. Alternately, you may fill out the attached Refund Request Form and mail it to the address provided.
Refund requests received BEFORE February 27, 2023 will be granted a full refund, minus the $20 AYSO National fee and any service charges for CC processing. Refund requests received by March 3, 2023 will be granted a 50% refund, less the $20 AYSO National fee and any service charges for CC processing. Refunds requested after March 3, 2023 will not be accepted / approved for a refund.
Refund requests will be processed within 30 days. In most cases, your refund will be issued back to the credit card used for payment. If for any reason we are unable to issue the refund back to your credit card, a manual check will be issued and mailed to the address on file.
After withdrawing from a program, you will retain the benefits of your annual AYSO National Membership, which you can take with you to any AYSO Region in the country over the course of the membership year in which the membership fee was paid.
